Another Biden BLUNDER, Guess Who wants to take away your firearms?

Vice President Kamala Harris is under fire after her recent tweet advocating for an assault weapons ban. In her tweet, Harris unequivocally stated that “weapons of war have no place on the streets of a civil society” and urged Congress to pass the ban, with President Biden prepared to sign it into law.

Critics wasted no time in voicing their opposition to Harris’ stance. Dr. Mark Young, a well-known radio host and author, took to social media to challenge Harris directly. He proposed a deal, saying, “Let’s ban all weapons that are actually used on a battlefield. Spoiler alert: the AR-15 isn’t one of them.”

The American Firearms Association, a staunch defender of gun rights, strongly criticized Harris and mocked her position. Their response read, “laughs in bimbo Kamala Why did we leave $7 billion worth of real weapons of war on the streets of Afghanistan? Because they are not meant for civil society!”

Patrick Parsons, executive vice president of the American Firearms Association, didn’t mince words, stating, “Thanks to your tweet, Kamala, we’ll be out buying even more firearms this weekend!”

Dana Loesch, a respected radio host and former NRA spokesperson, reminded Harris of the historical importance of weapons of war in building our nation. She tweeted, “This republic was founded by free people who wielded weapons of war. They literally created this society. You can try to ban them, but Biden won’t sign anything.”

The debate surrounding Harris’ call for an assault weapons ban also reignited discussions about the role of an armed citizenry as a defense against tyranny. Attorney Kostas Moros emphasized, “A civil society needs ‘weapons of war’ because throughout history, tyrants have made societies anything but civil.”

The Firearms Policy Coalition, a prominent gun advocacy group, echoed this sentiment, asserting, “Our right to self-defense cannot be negotiated. Stand with us or step aside.”

Critics also pointed out the perceived hypocrisy of Harris advocating for disarmament while benefiting from armed security personnel. Representative Thomas Massie of Kentucky directly challenged Harris, stating, “Your bodyguards and numerous ‘civil’ agencies possess the same firearms you label as weapons of war.”

Steve Cortes, national spokesman for the Ron DeSantis PAC, joined the conversation, calling for an inventory of Harris’ security team’s weapons. He questioned, “Why are they entitled to such firearms while regular citizens are not? The Second Amendment clearly states, ‘[S]hall not be infringed.'”

Kamala Harris’ call for an assault weapons ban has ignited a fiery debate. As Republican voters, it is crucial that we safeguard our Second Amendment rights and hold our elected officials accountable for their positions.
