Since President Biden took office in 2021, Alexander Soros, son of liberal billionaire George Soros, has made at least 14 visits to the White House, meeting with top officials on behalf of his father.
The visits have raised questions about the Soros family’s involvement in Democratic Party fundraising efforts and their potential influence on the Biden administration.
Soros has had meetings with officials including then-Chief of Staff Ron Klain’s assistant, Nina Srivastava, and Deputy National Security Advisor Jonathan Finer.
The updated visitor’s log also revealed that Soros had meetings at the White House with Kimberly Lang, then a National Security Advisor executive assistant, and former Klain advisor Madeline Strasser.
The Soros family’s involvement in pushing Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg to prominence, whose investigations into Trump led to an indictment of the former president last week, has also come under fire. George Soros pushed $1 million to the Color of Change PAC in May 2021, which turned around and spent big backing Bragg’s candidacy. Soros’ son Jonathan Soros and his wife Jennifer Allan Soros also donated directly to Bragg’s campaign.
The American people deserve transparency and accountability from their leaders, and it’s time for the Biden administration to address concerns about the Soros family’s potential influence on the administration.
